I always choose this stay for my trips. Staff helped with bags first time. Place suits perfectly: Free Wi, Fi, secure parking, 24, hour security. Welcome drink, TV room, electric kettle available. Easy check, in/out. They offer VIP service, hiking, yoga, kids menu. Pets ok, clean non, smoking rooms. Coming back for a work trip.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, particularly Sonu at the front desk. the location was great – a short stroll into the nearby village and a quick taxi ride into the main town. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms with lovely views from the balcony.

The unprofessional staff were often seen chatting or playing music instead of working. the cleanliness and food quality need improvement, with no cleaning service provided during our stay.
